Food Insecurity Resources
We have a Blessing Box in our upper parking lot that is regularly stocked with canned goods, personal care items, various dry groceries, and sometimes fresh groceries. If you have it in your heart to donate to this box, please give what you can, and of course, if you are in a time of food insecurity, take what you need. Below are several community resources where those experiencing food insecurity can get in touch with others that can help.
Plum Food Pantry: 724-327-0367
The Plum Food Pantry, 81 Sandune Drive, distributes free food from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on the first three Tuesdays of each month for Plum residents. Residents in need must stop in at the pantry to be certified/verified. Please contact the Plum Food Pantry about dropping off donations.

Penn Hills Library Community Fridge
Restock Schedule: Wednesdays - 5:00 PM & Fridays - 11:00AM
The Penn Hills Library Community Fridge is an ongoing library resource available to library patrons. Fridge and freezer stocked with fresh veggies, meal kits, milk and dairy products, juice, and so much more. On pantry shelves you'll be able to find anything from canned goods, snacks, and breakfast items to pads, tampons, and diapers!
Partnering with local organizations including the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, Aldi, SHEETZ, Dollar General, 412 Food Rescue, the Good Food Project, Grow Pittsburgh, and Panera Bread!
