Are you a caregiver for someone with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia? You are not alone. You are invited to join others who are giving such care in a support group sponsored by the Alzheimer's Association. Join us as we support each other on this road that can be a combination of sadness and joy. We will learn together through our laughter and tears. Reservations are not necessary, and there is no cost to attend. For questions, please contact the church at (412) 793-4525. Join us on the 1st Thursday of each month.
If you have lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, it may be hard to feel optimistic about the future right now. You may have found that people don’t always understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never before faced. Grief Recovery is a faith-based grief support group that can help you face the challenges of loss and move toward rebuilding your life. Plan on joining us for our Grief Recovery sessions. Sessions will be held in the Library. We will be using the grief recovery book, Beyond the Broken Heart: A Journey through Grief. by Julie Yarbrough. For more information contact Kathy Kirk (412-793-4525 or email@example.com). To help defray the costs of materials, a donation of $10.00 is suggested. To register, please complete the form below.

Working with Adam Hamilton’s 24 Hours That Changed the World, our weekly study will explore Jesus’ Passover meal - his last supper, Jesus’ experience in Gethsemane, his condemnation, and compare the characters of Barabbas, Pilate, & Jesus, then his humiliation, and finally crucifixion. So many people were involved which begs the question are we also involved?
Each Wednesday a child friendly light meal will be served in the social hall. At 6:30 our Director of Children, Faith Bailey, will lead the children in an interactive experience with fun, Bible, and crafts.
Pastor Jane will lead the adult study. In addition to Hamilton’s book we will look at the characters involved in the study and how their story parallels our own.
